At Seacliff Heights II in Leamington, Ontario, the residential program and the method of construction were considered together. The six-story building brings together 105 luxury rental units, indoor and outdoor amenities, and underground and covered parking. Its structural steel-stud system was designed for off-site manufacture and installation in modules, reducing the overall project schedule. The project demonstrates how decisions about the way a building is assembled can support the broader goals of a multifamily development, alongside the spaces and amenities that shape residents' daily experience.
