Atlantic Ave. Condos brings homes, shops and dining together in a four-story mixed-use development in Ocean View, Delaware. With 45 luxury condominium units above a restaurant and two retail spaces, the project asks one building to serve several distinct purposes while presenting a coherent identity. The design responds with contemporary materials that establish a clear presence within a more traditional setting. It is an approach to mixed-use architecture that connects the scale of the overall development with the experience of the people who will live, visit and do business there.
