Seacliff Heights II

Leamington, Ontario

The Seacliff Heights II Apartments is a new six-story building consisting of 105 luxury rental units, underground and covered parking, as well as indoor and outdoor amenities. It was designed to utilize a prefabricated structural steel stud construction method that was manufactured off-site and installed in modules which reduced the overall project schedule.
